I realized quickly that if I could reach the heart of the athlete, I could control the body of the athlete. So I learned how to capture the heart. I looked for ways to capture and control the heart of the athlete to the point they were rendered powerless to do what we all innately want to do which is take the easy way. When you control the heart of an athlete they will sacrifice for you, the team and themselves to the point of absolute physical and psychological misery.
