The excuses I hear as to why someone can\u2019t exercise. \u201c I have a mortgage to pay, I have 5 foster kids, I have a sick grandma and my favorite of all, I\u2019m so tired when I get home from work\u201d! Duh! Maybe if you were in better shape you wouldn\u2019t be so tired. Here\u2019s a little life hack, the better shape you\u2019re in, the more you can handle. So if you have all these responsibilities what happens if you can\u2019t perform them? You lose your house, can\u2019t go take granny some soup and ultimately you can\u2019t go to work. Logically, your first choice should be to take care of yourself so you can do all the other\u2019s things that are required of you. If you don\u2019t, eventually you won\u2019t be able to do any of them, especially the things you like.
