They never reach their full potential. I trained with a guy who was average, regular and had no special gifts. I remember someone saying, \u201ccoach got every bit out of his anatomy and physiology.\u201d The coach flipped every genetic switch, turned on every process and completely retrained the guys mind. That only happened because he was willing to be uncomfortable, he was willing to push far past what he thought capable of. If you want to be a better man, you\u2019ll have to do hard things. You\u2019ll have to do them the rest of your life. If you\u2019re alive then you\u2019re capable of improving.
